Leftover Veggie Night 🥬

Veggie Medley:
✨ sweet potatoes
✨ shallot onion & garlic
✨ green beans
✨ mushrooms
✨ broccoli
✨ salt, pepper, & onion powder
Directions:
✨ Sauté thinly sliced sweet potatoes with shallot, garlic, and olive oil. Add desired seasoning. Cook for 8-10 minutes.
✨Add green beans & broccoli. Add 1/4 cup water to the pan & cover to steam.
✨ Add mushrooms last!
Kale salad: 🥗
✨ Massaged kale
✨ Tahini Cesar dressing (recipe in previous post)
✨ Parmesan cheese
