Paleo Pancake 🥞



PROTEIN > FAT > CARBS ✅


Ingredients:

✨1 banana

✨2 farm fresh eggs

✨1 scoop Primal Kitchen Collagen Protein Powder

✨1 Tbs flaxseed OR 1 tbs Oats

✨Coconut or Avocado oil spray


Toppings:

✨Almond or Peanut Butter

✨Blackberries, blueberries, or strawberries

✨Coconut sugar


Directions:

✨Combine banana, eggs, protein powder, and flaxseed in a blender.

✨Lightly spray your pan with coconut oil or avocado oil spray.

✨Pour all of the batter onto a pan for a GIANT pancake OR make mini pancakes.

✨Cook on medium heat until the batter is starting to firm up. (3-5 minutes)

✨Flip your pancake! (If you can’t flip your pancake with a spatula, an easy trick is to slide your pancake onto a plate and then flip it onto the pan.)

✨Cook the other side until it is all the way cooked through.

✨Add almond butter, berries, and coconut sugar!

✨YUM!!!
