PROTEIN > FAT > CARBS â
Ingredients:
â¨1 banana
â¨2 farm fresh eggs
â¨1 scoop Primal Kitchen Collagen Protein Powder
â¨1 Tbs flaxseed OR 1 tbs Oats
â¨Coconut or Avocado oil spray
Toppings:
â¨Almond or Peanut Butter
â¨Blackberries, blueberries, or strawberries
â¨Coconut sugar
Directions:
â¨Combine banana, eggs, protein powder, and flaxseed in a blender.
â¨Lightly spray your pan with coconut oil or avocado oil spray.
â¨Pour all of the batter onto a pan for a GIANT pancake OR make mini pancakes.
â¨Cook on medium heat until the batter is starting to firm up. (3-5 minutes)
â¨Flip your pancake! (If you canât flip your pancake with a spatula, an easy trick is to slide your pancake onto a plate and then flip it onto the pan.)
â¨Cook the other side until it is all the way cooked through.
â¨Add almond butter, berries, and coconut sugar!
â¨YUM!!!
