Crispy Chicken Parmesan 😍

Ingredients

✨Chicken breast

✨3 Eggs

✨1 cup Almond flour

✨1/4 cup Flax seed

✨Susie Q

✨Avocado Oil

✨Jovial Cassava Penne (or your fav gluten free pasta)

✨Organic tomato basil sauce

✨Goat Milk Cheese

✨Basil


Directions:

✨Butterfly each chicken breast and pound with a meat mallet tenderizer until all of the meat is the same thickness.

✨Crack three eggs into a bowl and whisk.

✨Combine almond flour and flax seed in a separate bowl.

✨Dip each chicken breast in the egg first and then the almond/ flax seed mixture.

✨Sprinkle Susie Q on each side of the chicken breast.

✨Heat a cast iron pan over the stove and coat the pan with avocado oil.

✨Place chicken breast on the cast iron pan until brown and crispy.

✨Flip to the other side & finish cooking in the oven if needed.

✨When the chicken is cooked all the way through, pour your tomato sauce onto the cast iron and sprinkle cheese over the top.

✨Place back in the oven to melt the cheese and warm the sauce.

✨Cook your noodles for 13 minutes in boiling water. Strain and serve!
