Crispy Chicken Parmesan đ

RECIPE BELOW âŹď¸
Ingredients
â¨Chicken breast
â¨3 Eggs
â¨1 cup Almond flour
â¨1/4 cup Flax seed
â¨Susie Q
â¨Avocado Oil
â¨Jovial Cassava Penne (or your fav gluten free pasta)
â¨Organic tomato basil sauce
â¨Goat Milk Cheese
â¨Basil
Directions:
â¨Butterfly each chicken breast and pound with a meat mallet tenderizer until all of the meat is the same thickness.
â¨Crack three eggs into a bowl and whisk.
â¨Combine almond flour and flax seed in a separate bowl.
â¨Dip each chicken breast in the egg first and then the almond/ flax seed mixture.
â¨Sprinkle Susie Q on each side of the chicken breast.
â¨Heat a cast iron pan over the stove and coat the pan with avocado oil.
â¨Place chicken breast on the cast iron pan until brown and crispy.
â¨Flip to the other side & finish cooking in the oven if needed.
â¨When the chicken is cooked all the way through, pour your tomato sauce onto the cast iron and sprinkle cheese over the top.
â¨Place back in the oven to melt the cheese and warm the sauce.
â¨Cook your noodles for 13 minutes in boiling water. Strain and serve!
â¨Combine the pasta and chicken parmesan in a bowl. Enjoy <3
